Doctrine
Identity and integrity rules
Permanent identity. Publications are organized by permanent category and domain. IDs such as MYTHOS-NET-0005, RA-011, and AUTH-001 never change, and each resolves to a stable route like /library/standards/network-engineering/mythos-net-0005.
Served verbatim. PDFs are published byte-for-byte as released. The digest shown on each publication page matches SHA256SUMS.txt; verify a download with sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS.txt from a mirror of the /library/ tree.
Candidate status. Candidate describes publication review state. It does not establish certification, legal compliance, implementation conformance, benchmark reproduction, or product readiness.
External authorities. Independent standards bodies the library designs against are indexed separately in Standards and Authorities.
